Personal Training

My goal is to provide safe and effective exercise guidance to help my clients successfully achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Currently, I train at Richie’s, a small, local gym located in Brooklyn, New York. I provide live, one-on-one personal training as well as virtual training.

Before I initiate any training with my clients, I conduct a small interview, which consists of an assessment, where I gather important information such as personal goals, medical history, and lifestyle.
