About
In 2003, my work schedule prohibited me from working out as much and unfortunately, from 2003-2009, I had to put my fitness goals on hold.
In 2010, I was able to embark on my fitness journey again and work toward achieving my initial goals. I joined a gym in Brooklyn, where I began working out again 3-4 days a week.
In 2011, the passing of my mother motivated me to run my first Marathon in her honor. With the help of my coworker, I joined one of New York’s Running Clubs (New York Road Runners), where I completed a series of races to qualify for my very first Marathon, the 2013 New York Marathon. Along with my gym workouts, I found a new love. A love for running.
Many cannot afford the expense of hiring a Personal Trainer. With obesity on the rise, it is imperative that we take care of ourselves in the health and fitness realm. My mother was always a giver. It was the least I could do to continue her legacy, therefore, my passion was giving back. At an affordable price, I began training others and JP Mission was established.
Michelle Hercules Walker, one of my clients who was recognized and won the “cover Search” contest for Runners World Magazine, lost over 100 pounds within a year with the help of my training.
Additionally, my goal is to run a marathon in all 50 states and continue helping others excel on their fitness journey.
